Job Summary
Phoenix Special School is looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs and helping them develop their academic, social, communication, and functional skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver individualized learning activities based on each child's abilities and needs.
Support students in developing academic, communication, social, behavioural, and functional skills.
Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
Use appropriate teaching strategies, educational materials, and activity-based learning methods.
Work collaboratively with therapists, teachers, and other staff members
Maintain appropriate classroom records and student documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education / B.Ed. Special Education
Candidates with relevant certification or qualifications in special education are preferred.
Previous experience working with children with special needs will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
