Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented *One Stop Manager* to lead our business development and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving B2B sales, overseeing project execution, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions. This role requires a strategic leader who can achieve business targets while fostering a high-performance team culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and motivate the sales, design, development, and support teams to achieve organizational goals.
* Identify, develop, and convert new B2B business opportunities for website development and digital support services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business requirements and recommending suitable digital solutions.
* Oversee the end-to-end execution of website development and digital service projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
* Assign work, monitor team performance, and ensure project deadlines and productivity targets are consistently achieved.
* Develop and execute business strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue goals.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication, efficient workflow, and successful project implementation.
* Prepare business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close client agreements.
* Monitor key business metrics, prepare performance reports, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
* Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies to identify growth opportunities and strengthen the company's market presence.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 1– 4+ years of experience in team management, or a similar leadership role.
* Experience in a digital agency, IT services, website development, or digital marketing industry is highly preferred.
