Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to generate leads, explain stock market investment products, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling customer calls, and the ability to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
- Introduce the company's stock broking services and investment products.
- Generate qualified leads for Demat and Trading account openings.
- Schedule appointments for Relationship Managers or Business Development Executives.
- Explain products such as:
- Demat & Trading Accounts
- Mutual Funds
- SIPs
- IPOs
- Bonds
- Margin Trading Facility (MTF)
- Follow up with interested prospects until account activation.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic product information.
- Achieve daily call, lead generation, and account opening targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in Telecalling, BPO, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Stock Broking is preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
