We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of coffee preparation, beverage presentation, and customer service, while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.

Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation as per brand standards.

Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.

Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.

Take customer orders accurately and handle special beverage requests.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and work area.

Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other café supplies.

Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating stock following FIFO standards.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.

Support the team during peak business hours and contribute to smooth café operations.

Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve minor service concerns.

Follow company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures at all times.

Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso-based beverages.
