Job Summary
Sky Ocean Shipping is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate freight forwarding operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of shipments, maintain effective communication with clients and overseas partners, and support daily operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate air, sea, and land freight shipments.
- Communicate with customers, carriers, transporters, and overseas agents.
- Prepare and verify shipping and logistics documentation.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
- Coordinate customs clearance and delivery processes.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure service excellence.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Good knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
- Immediate joiners are preffered
