Key Responsibilities
1. High-Income Segment Outreach & Venue Activation
- Establish a physical presence and generate sales leads within Mumbai's luxury ecosystems, including 5-star hotels, fine dining establishments, premium fitness/wellness clubs, and high-end residential complexes.
- Curate and execute exclusive, invite-only micro-events or private product showcases at luxury venues to present Coway’s premium range directly to affluent homeowners.
- Navigate and engage with prospective buyers in high-end environments, building immediate trust through impeccable styling, behavior, and deep brand storytelling.
2. Strategic Partnerships & B2B2C Integration
- Build strong referral networks with high-end interior designers, premium architects, luxury modular kitchen dealers, and upscale real estate consultants who design and develop multi-million rupee homes.
- Create partnership frameworks with luxury lifestyle concierges, elite wealth managers, and private member club administrators to secure warm introductions to UHNIs.
3. Consultative High-Ticket Sales & Customer Experience
- Deliver bespoke, highly personalized product demonstrations that articulate the technological superiority, Korean design excellence, and health benefits of Coway purifiers.
- Handhold premium clients through the entire sales process, offering frictionless concierge-level service from the initial consultation to premium installation.
- Ensure all sales orders are processed smoothly through our official Coway ACE mobile application platform, maintaining the highest levels of customer data privacy.
4. Brand Governance & Ethical Conduct
- Maintain absolute compliance with Coway’s global "Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct", ensuring no misleading representations or pushy sales tactics are used.
- Act as the ultimate brand ambassador, ensuring that all communications, marketing collateral, and display models present an immaculate, high-end image.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Industry Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven sales success in luxury sectors—such as Private Banking, Luxury Real Estate (e.g., Lodha, Raheja, Oberoi), High-End Automotive (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover), Luxury Hospitality membership sales (e.g., Taj, Oberoi, Soho House), or Premium Club sales.
- Access & Network: Existing access to, or a natural familiarity with, Mumbai’s affluent demographics, premium resident welfare associations (RWAs), and elite social circles.
- Impeccable Communication & Etiquette: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Absolute mastery of premium business etiquette, corporate styling, and relationship building.
- Intellectual Competence: Ability to understand and confidently present the technical, health, and lifestyle aspects of advanced water filtration to sophisticated clients.
- Digital Literacy: High comfort level utilizing premium sales enablement tools and CRM applications (specifically CRM and sales platforms like the Coway ACE app).
Compensation & Perks
- Fixed Base Salary: Highly competitive and negotiable, structured to attract top-tier talent from the luxury industry.
- Uncapped Premium Commissions: An aggressive commission structure (including direct commission and high-volume multiplier incentives) designed to reward high-value, high-ticket conversions.
- Expense Allowance: Dedicated entertainment and travel allowance to facilitate meetings, client entertainment, and networking in premium hotels, restaurants, and clubs.
