Role Description
The Sponsorship Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging potential sponsors for Tradepass events and platforms, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and presenting tailored sponsorship packages that address their business goals. The Sponsorship Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals, while maintaining accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure sponsor expectations are met, participating in events to strengthen partnerships, and regularly reporting performance metrics and market feedback to support revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably within events, conferences, or media.
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on consultative selling and relationship building.
- Ability to understand and articulate value propositions related to technology, digital transformation, and business solutions.
- Comfort in working with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to track performance and identify opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to attend and support events, interact with senior stakeholders, and represent the organization professionally.
- Prior experience in international or regional markets across Asia, the Middle East and Africa, or Europe is an advantage.
Ability to commute/relocate:
