Job Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Non-IT / BPO Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience handling high-volume recruitment mandates. If you understand language/communication screening, ramp-ups, candidate pipeline management, and want to turn high placement volume into lucrative incentives, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End BPO Hiring: Handle volume recruitment for Voice, Non-Voice, Customer Service, Technical Support, and Back-Office profiles.
- Mass Sourcing: Actively source candidates using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job drives, and social media platforms to maintain a strong daily pipeline.
- Screening & Assessment: Evaluate candidates on communication skills, language proficiency, shift flexibility (rotational/night shifts), and cultural fit.
- Drive & Line-up Management: Schedule and coordinate daily interview turnouts, conduct preliminary screening, and walk candidates through client interview processes.
- Post-Offer Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with offered candidates to manage dropouts and ensure high joining ratios.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly target line-ups and joining goals to earn attractive performance incentives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in Non-IT recruitment, with specific exposure to BPO/Voice/Customer Support mandates (Staffing agency or consultancy experience preferred).
- Work Setup: Must be willing to work 5 days a week from our office in KR Puram, Bangalore.
- Skills: Strong expertise in job portal sourcing (Naukri, Indeed), communication assessment, and candidate engagement.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills with strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Mindset: Target-driven, energetic, resilient, and comfortable working under tight turnaround times.
