The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all records. Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and internal systems.

Review source documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry.

Verify, correct, and reconcile data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

Maintain master data, records, invoices, and other business documentation.

Process high volumes of data while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Generate reports and prepare documentation as requested by management.

Coordinate with internal departments to verify information and resolve data-related issues.

Monitor database accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Organize, file, and maintain electronic records in accordance with company policies.

Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office operations preferred.
