Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and messages
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Follow up with existing customers for feedback and support
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Support customer retention and engagement activities
- Generate reports on customer interactions and service performance
- Provide product or service information to customers
- Ensure timely communication and issue resolution
Requirements
- Graduation preferred (Any Stream)
