Job Title: Mid-Level Architect (3 to 6 Years Experience)

Role Overview
The Mid-Level Architect will be responsible for end-to-end design leadership and technical execution of residential and commercial projects. This role demands creative strength, technical clarity, site experience, and strong coordination skills. You will collaborate with partner architects, consultants, and vendors, and ensure drawings are accurate, buildable, and aligned with site realities. This is not a drafting-only role. This is a project accountability role.
Key Responsibilities.
- Lead projects independently from concept to completion with full accountability.
- Develop architectural designs, layouts, facades, and detailed spatial planning.
- Prepare and issue complete, coordinated GFC working drawings.
- Handle site visits, resolve execution challenges, and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors, and partner architects.
- Manage timelines, drawing revisions, and project deliverables.
- Guide junior team members and maintain design and technical quality standards.
Technical Skill Set Required
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); working knowledge of SketchUp.
- Ability to independently prepare detailed working drawings and technical documentation.
- Solid understanding of residential construction, RCC basics, wet-area detailing, façades, joinery, and finishing systems.
- Hands-on site experience with strong problem-solving capability.
- Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary drawings (Structural + MEP).
- Updated knowledge of new materials, finishes, and construction practices.
