We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance manager to lead our finance function and support business decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, cash flow management, and process improvement in a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts, bookkeeping records, and financial statements.
- Manage invoicing, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants (CAs), auditors, and other consultants.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and Budget vs. Actual analysis.
- Generate actionable business insights through financial analysis and dashboards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Strengthen finance processes and internal controls to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Experience preparing financial statements and MIS reports.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, along with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Compensation
₹50,000–₹80,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and the ability to independently manage finance operations, accounting, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and business analysis.
