*Location: Bareilly.
*Role Summary: Owns BMC's franchise growth end-to-end — from qualified lead to a signed, open and performaning Outlets.
*Key Responsibilities: Convert the qualifies leads from the telecaller into signed Franchise.
- Present Format, Investment Models, & the supply margin + support fees structure.
- Conduct site visits, ROI walkthroughs & Commercial negotiation.
- Track network performance, supply offtake, & support fees collection.
*Routine:
Review pipeline>meeting & site visits>negotiation & close>onboard new outlets>check in with live franchise>weekly funnel & network report to founder.
*Required:
- Mba + 4yrs experience in Franchise/B2B/Channel sales.
- Strong Negotiation
- Fluent Hindi & English.
- Good to have QSR Experience + FMGC Experience.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
