- Preparing lesson plans, worksheets, handouts as per the requirement of the curriculum
- Adapt to child-centric teaching-learning strategies for imparting the curriculum
- Conducting regular tests and keeping record of students’ performance
- Coordinating with team members to plan for school assemblies and special events
- Attend training sessions for self-enrichment and professional development
- To work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, parents, and community members to create a positive and productive learning environment
- As an effective team member, able to motivate and inspire others, and committed to creating a culture of excellence and achievement
- Should have a strong educational background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
