ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and presentable Gallery Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the Tamaala Studio. The ideal candidate will be someone who takes ownership of the space, engages warmly with customers, and ensures the studio reflects the brand’s aesthetic and values at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist walk-in customers with decor and gifting requirements, offering personalised recommendations
- Handle invoicing, billing, and all related documentation accurately
- Manage and maintain studio inventory - tracking stock levels and coordinating replenishment as needed.
- Ensure basic upkeep of the studio and execute themed visual displays as required.
- Maintain basic CRM records - logging customer interactions, inquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with founders and team members on all activities.
- Supervise the gallery assistants

- An eye for aesthetics and an appreciation for art and craft.
- Preferably residing within a 4-5km radius of JP Nagar, Bangalore.
