Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and service textile spinning machinery and accessories at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues.
- Prepare service reports after every customer visit.
- Coordinate with the office regarding spare parts and service requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and product support to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mill personnel.
- Travel extensively across Tamil Nadu & Kerala regions as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in field service or maintenance (freshers with good technical aptitude are welcome to apply).
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
