Responsibilities:
- Candidates will be responsible for selling the full range of Laboratory instruments handled by the company.
- Products: Sieve Shaker, Hammer Mill, Jaw Crusher etc...
- Customer visits for lead generation in assigned territory
- Selling products through establishing contacts and developing relations with prospects
- Technical knowledge of related products
- Commercial negotiations
- Achieving sales targets
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by internal co-ordination with Sales, service and/or other related departments.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and a demonstrated interest in selling our products are mandatory requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical, Instrumentation or related). Engineering graduates preferred.
- Minimum 0–5 years’ sales experience selling laboratory instruments, scientific/analytical instruments or laboratory furnaces — or selling equipment and instruments to the pharmaceutical industry or to our customer segments: Cement, Minerals, Steel, Pharma & Life Science, Universities, CSIR Labs, IITs, etc.
- Solid technical comprehension of laboratory and/or industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Comfortable using CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English; [Hindi / regional language] preferred.
- Valid driving licence
