- Prepare and cook South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, appam, uttapam, sambhar, chutneys, curries, and other regional specialties.
- Ensure proper preparation of ingredients and maintain mise en place before service hours.
- Follow standard recipes and portion controls as instructed by senior chefs.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Assist in daily kitchen operations and coordinate with team members during service.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Monitor food stock and inform senior chefs about shortages or spoilage.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Support in reducing food wastage and controlling kitchen costs.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork within the department.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
