Work Experience
Ideally, candidate should be CA or MBA from reputed B school with 18+ years of experience. Should have worked in a shared service environment and lead many verticals in shared services. Should have strong accounting & financial reporting knowledge. Should have worked in creating Finance Shared Services for clients or for any organisation.Able think and design the solutions for implementation of various verticals and onboarding many companies on the SSC platforms.
Should have very strong system knowledge, added advantage if SAP & Oracle ERP's domain expert. Should be able do multi tasking, manage diversified teams, very strong communication skills. Should have the ability to handle change managment in challenging environment. Work with other teams & partners to bring more effective & efficient processes, systems & practices in the Finance Services.
In essence, an SSC Implementer acts as a project manager and change agent, guiding the organization through the transition to a more efficient and standardized operational model through the establishment and management of a Shared Services Centre.
