Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Welcome Executive to create a warm and positive first impression for customers visiting our store. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them to the appropriate product section or sales consultant. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a customer-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional approach.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales team member or department.
- Ensure customers are attended to promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive customer experience from entry to exit.
- Coordinate with sales staff for smooth customer assistance.
- Handle basic customer queries regarding store services and ongoing offers.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception/welcome area.
- Support customer engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
Requirements:
- Higher Secondary / Degree qualification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming and pleasant personality.
- Customer-focused attitude and positive body language.
- Ability to confidently interact with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
