Job Title: Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
Location: Delhi NCR (Travel Required)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our wholesale business by acquiring new customers. The role involves visiting markets in different cities, meeting retailers and distributors, presenting our products, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to various city markets to identify and approach potential customers.
- Acquire new retailers, wholesalers, and distributors for the business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Present products, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into regular buyers.
- Coordinate with the office team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Meet monthly sales and business development targets.
- Submit regular reports on market visits and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in field sales or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and messaging apps for reporting.
