What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise the domestic holidays team
Handle customer queries and convert leads into bookings
Design customized domestic holiday itineraries
Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and local suppliers
Ensure smooth execution of bookings and travel services
Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Handle escalations and operational issues professionally
Ensure all CRM entries, follow-ups, quotations, and booking details are updated accurately Monitor team CRM discipline and data accuracy
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, CRM processes, and service standards
Maintain strong and professional relationships with suppliers and partners
Coordinate and conduct regular meetings/training sessions with suppliers for product updates and destination knowledge
Build supplier partnerships to ensure competitive pricing and smooth operations
Train and support team members regularly
Achieve team sales and operational targets
Maintain reports, bookings, and documentation properly
Required Skils
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Indian destinations
Good itinerary planning and costing skills
CRM handling and operational management knowledge
Customer handling and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines
Qualification & Experience
Graduate preferred
3–5 years of experience in domestic holidays
Prior team handling experience preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
