Work From Office- Jaipur
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2C, C2H, and FTE roles for roles like Java developer, AEM Architect, Salesforce engineer, , SAP Hana, Oracle consultant etc
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals like Naukri, Linkedin.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- 2-4years of proven experience in IT recruitment (C2C/C2H/FTE).
- Strong understanding of technical skills, hiring trends, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be based in Jaipur and open to work from office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
