Job Description

Key Roles & Job description
- All construction related tasks
- Monitor day to days tasks at site
- Follow construction schedule and prepare, micro plan and micro manage work
- Report any delays or problems immediately to reporting manager
- Ensure resource availability ( labour, material, machinery )
- Allocate resources for daily tasks
- Generate daily and weekly reports, hard and soft copy( excel sheets ) , ensure all documentation is completeed on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with managers
- Maintain daily records ( labour, materials, machinery, site issues )
- Raise indents for material
- Report regularly with photographs of site activities via whats app and email
- Visits to source material as and when needed
- Coordinate with differnent agencies, vendrs , contractors for smooth work flow.
- Should have knowledge of Autolevel, Total station will be added advantage.
- Advise on material availability and sourcing
- Safety & Quality Control: Understand thoroughly The HSE and quality control and qulaity assistance policy of the company and closely monitor for its compliance at site.
Job Location is GOA.
WORKING SITES: Panjim, Diwar Island, Cuncelim, Nerul, Canacona

Mandatory - should have a two wheeler + valid license and be willing to commute from one site to the other site.

Schedule:
- Day shift: 9.30 am - 7 p.m. Monday to Saturday. Sunday off
Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
- Travel allowance from one site to the other , NO TA from house to site.
