Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure hydraulic components, raw materials, and engineering items.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
- Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Prepare periodic purchase and vendor performance reports.
- Import Documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the hydraulic, engineering, or manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of hydraulic components and industrial materials.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendors.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
