- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
- Experience in monitoring application performance and diagnosing issues using Dynatrace APM tools.
- Strong understanding of application performance management concepts and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex system behaviors and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Familiarity with integrating performance monitoring solutions into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving performance bottlenecks in distributed software environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
