Team Lead - ASP.NET / Angular Developer
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to develop scalable software solutions while managing and mentoring a development team. The candidate will be responsible for both hands-on development and team coordination, ensuring the quality delivery of software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the web development team.
- Design, develop and maintain web-based applications.
- Understand project requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, scalable and efficient code.
- Review code and ensure development standards are followed.
- Guide developers in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with management, QA and other teams.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technology decisions.
- Mentor junior developers and improve team productivity.
Required Technical SkillsMandatory Skills
- Strong experience in ASP.NET and C#
- Good knowledge of Angular
- Strong understanding of SQL Server and database concepts
- Experience in developing web applications
- Experience in team handling and project coordination
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with React.js
- Experience with Node.js
- Knowledge of modern web development practices
- Understanding of API development and integrations

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in web development
