Bharat Homeopathy Private Limited is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with prospective customers, explain our homeopathic healthcare services and products, and convert inquiries into appointments or sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets through telephone interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls.
- Explain the company's homeopathic treatments, services, and healthcare solutions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, websites, and referrals.
- Convert inquiries into appointments, consultations, or sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software systems.
- Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information regarding treatments and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and other departments to ensure smooth customer service.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Adhere to company policies and telecalling standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
