Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to generate leads and connect with potential franchise partners for our bakery brand. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining the franchise opportunity, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective franchise applicants and business owners.
- Explain the bakery franchise business model, investment requirements, and benefits.
- Generate and qualify franchise leads through phone conversations.
- Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Schedule meetings or presentations for the franchise sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Address basic customer queries and direct complex questions to the appropriate team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective franchise partners.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Experience in franchise sales, real estate, or retail sales is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good command of Hindi and English (regional language proficiency is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented approach.
