Purpose of the role : IT Support Engineer for digital screens
Key Responsibilities :
- Work directly with sales team as well as clients to support their needs and communicate client expectations to the fulfillment
- Track timelines and due dates for deliverables, reviews, and approval for campaign launches
- Provide digital communications support
- Use analytics tools to assess and modify our campaigns
- Manage live social updates from brand events
- Providing online support to the clients whenever necessary
- Encoding the entries in ERP applications and IT Portals
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology applications or network
- Excellent skills and certification in computer hardware & networking
Experience :
- At least 0-2 years of experience in digital communications & coordination.
- Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated competency in writing and design for online platforms
Skills :
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a variety of key initiatives concurrently
- Demonstrates commitment to excellence and high-quality work
- Linguistic skills in English / Hindi /Malayalam & Arabic will be an added advantage
