We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with experience in the Construction/Real Estate industry and strong exposure to Post-Sales Coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships after sales closure, coordinating documentation, payment follow-ups, possession processes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers after booking until project handover/possession.
Handle post-sales documentation, agreements, and customer records.
Track customer payments, collections, and follow up on outstanding dues.
Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Project Teams.
Manage customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Assist customers with registration, possession, and handover processes.
Maintain accurate MIS reports and CRM records.
Ensure timely communication regarding project updates and milestones.
Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
Prepare sales and post-sales reports for management review.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
