Regional Logistics Manager - Tamil Nadu -Madurai & Tirunelveli Regions
Senior professionals with 15+ years of experience are highly preferred!
The Role
Lead our supply chain and distribution network across Tamil Nadu. You will oversee daily operations across multiple warehouses, manage on-site workforces, and ensure our products are stored and transported efficiently.
(Note: Because this role involves frequent site visits to industrial material storage, you must be comfortable working in these environments).
What You Need
- Deep Experience: Must have a minimum of 15 years of logistics experience specifically within the Cement, Pharma, or FMCG industries.
- Warehouse Mastery: Proven ability to manage and optimize operations across multiple warehouses simultaneously.
- Labour Management: Strong, hands-on experience directing daily workforce and site labour.
- Health & Fitness: You must have no allergy to dust, as you will regularly inspect cement plants and warehouse floors.
- Location & Language: Based in Tamil Nadu with the ability to travel regionally. Fluency in Tamil is highly required for local coordination.
- Strong Communication: Clear email and speaking skills to report to leadership and coordinate seamlessly with suppliers.
