Manager – Sales, Inventory & Labour Management - Tirunelveli
Experienced people who can manage Inventory and Labours in our various Warehouses and depots spread in Tamil Nadu. People from Cement / Construction/ Iron/Paint field will be preferred.

Inventory Management Responsibilities
- Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock—avoiding overstocking or shortages.
- Audits & Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Warehouse Coordination: Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of goods.
- Loss Prevention: Identify and minimize shrinkage, damage, or theft.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on stock levels, usage, and turnover rates.
Labour Management Responsibilities
- Workforce Planning: Schedule staff based on workload, demand, and operational needs.
- Supervision: Oversee daily activities of workers to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Performance Management: Monitor employee performance and provide feedback or training.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Training & Development: Train new hires and upskill existing employees.
- Conflict Resolution: Address workplace issues and maintain a positive work environment.
Key Skills Required
- Leadership and team management
- Good proficiency in computer applications - SAP, MS-Office and inventory systems (like ERP/WMS)
- Understanding of labour laws and safety standards
- Communication and problem-solving skills
