Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with active US job seekers via LinkedIn and professional platforms.
Execute personalized outreach campaigns.
Qualify leads based on job search intent and readiness.
Maintain structured tracking of outreach and responses.
Improve messaging strategy to increase response and conversion rates.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets.
Support team performance with insights and improvements
