Job Description:-
· Experience in Payroll Software Implementation projects.
· Hands-on experience in payroll output validation and reconciliation.
· Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve payroll output variances.
· Experience in parallel payroll runs and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
· Strong working knowledge of payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
· Good understanding of Indian payroll processes and statutory compliances.
