As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the human resources functions within our organization. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting talent acquisition efforts.
- Manage recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee development and performance management initiatives.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience into HR Recruitment and generalist role .
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience with NBFC is preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
