Key Responsibilities
Teach English language and literature for High School students.
Develop students’ grammar, vocabulary, writing, comprehension, and spoken English skills.
Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct interactive classes using modern and activity-based teaching methods.
Encourage public speaking, debates, presentations, creative writing, and communication activities.
Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning environment.
Support academically weak students through remedial teaching when required.
Participate in school events, meetings, competitions, and academic planning sessions.
Coordinate with school leadership and parents regarding student progress.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English or related field.
B.Ed. preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years teaching experience preferred.
Strong command over English language and communication skills.
Good classroom management and student engagement abilities.
Preferred Skills
Fluent spoken English.
Passion for teaching and student development.
Ability to train students in anchoring, speeches, debates, and presentations.
Knowledge of digital teaching tools and smart classrooms.
Creative and energetic teaching approach.
Salary
Salary will be based on qualifications, experience, and demonstration performance.
