- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Ensure products are properly displayed according to VM guidelines.
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages to the Store Manager.
- Assist in stock receiving, tagging, replenishment, and inventory management.
- Process billing support when required and ensure accurate documentation.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and company policies.
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and attendance policies.
Pay: ₹11,462.67 - ₹25,000.00 per month
