About the Role:
Saraswati Group of Colleges, Punjab is inviting applications for the position of Associate Professor – Radiology & Imaging Technology (RIT).
The role requires an experienced academic professional with strong expertise in radiology and imaging sciences, practical clinical knowledge, and a passion for teaching and student development.
The selected candidate will be responsible for academic delivery, laboratory and clinical training, student mentoring, and supporting institutional academic excellence in Radiology & Imaging Technology programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Radiology & Imaging Technology subjects
- Guide students in radiographic procedures, imaging techniques, and safety protocols
- Supervise laboratory activities and clinical training sessions
- Coordinate academic schedules, assessments, and student evaluations
- Mentor students in projects, case discussions, and practical learning
- Maintain academic records, laboratory documentation, and departmental reports
- Support curriculum implementation and departmental academic activities
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and institutional development initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Radiology / Medical Imaging Technology / Radiology & Imaging Technology (Mandatory)
- Ph.D. in relevant field (Preferred)
- Minimum 5–8 years of teaching / clinical / academic experience in Radiology & Imaging Technology
- Strong academic and clinical understanding of radiology procedures and imaging systems
Required Skill Set:
- Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and imaging technologies
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and laboratory sessions
- Student mentoring and academic coordination skills
- Good communication and classroom management abilities
- Understanding of radiation safety standards and clinical protocols
