Location: Ruby, Kolkata, West Bengal
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Coordinator cum Lead Generation Executive to support our sales operations and business development activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, coordinating with clients, managing sales activities, and supporting the team to achieve business objectives. Candidates with experience in the Exhibition or Events industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate potential business leads through various online and offline channels.
- Build and maintain a strong database of prospective clients.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with potential customers.
- Coordinate with clients regarding exhibitions, events, and business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
- Track lead status and update sales records accurately.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Assist in managing and monitoring sales activities and lead allocation.
Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into business opportunities.
Requirements
-Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Lead Generation, Business Development, or a similar role.
-Experience in the Exhibition or Events industry will be an added advantage.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and internet research.
-Ability to handle client communication professionally.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-oriented approach.
