We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Administrative Executive who can serve as the backbone of daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
Position Overview
The Administrative Executive will play a critical role in managing day-to-day business operations, vendor relationships, finance coordination, documentation, and administrative functions. This position requires someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
This is primarily an on-site role and requires regular coordination with vendors, clients, internal teams, and management.
Key Responsibilities Administration & Operations
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain records, files, contracts, and important company documents.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, appointments, and business communications.
- Ensure smooth execution of internal processes and workflows.
Vendor Management
- Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Manage vendor onboarding and maintain vendor relationships.
- Track vendor payments, invoices, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely completion of vendor-related tasks and commitments.
Finance Coordination
- Assist in managing invoices, bills, payments, and expense records.
- Coordinate with accountants and finance partners for documentation and compliance.
- Maintain expense tracking and operational budgets.
- Support financial reporting and payment follow-ups.
Project & Event Support
- Coordinate logistics for events, activations, and company projects.
- Support execution teams in planning and operational requirements.
- Track project timelines and ensure task completion.
General Responsibilities
- Handle miscellaneous business requirements as assigned by management.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
- Identify operational improvements and implement efficient processes.
- Act as a central point of coordination for various business functions.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Good negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
- Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and expense management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in administration, operations, office management, or a similar role.
- Experience working with vendors, finance documentation, and operational coordination is preferred.

Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
