- Control pilferage, wastage, and over-ordering.

- Maintain cleanliness in all F&B areas.

- Oversee conferences, weddings, and special events.
- Coordinate with clients for event planning and execution.
- Ensure high-quality service during events.

- Negotiate contracts and maintain good relationships.

- Plan promotions, offers, and special events.
- Collaborate with sales & marketing team.
