We are looking for a Sr Steward at Back to Source.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant service operations.
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages as per service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, tables, service stations and equipment.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest queries and resolve minor complaints efficiently.
- Train and guide junior stewards on service standards and grooming.
- Monitor table setup, mise-en-place, and restaurant readiness.
- Assist in inventory control of service-related items.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving guest satisfaction and sales targets.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
