1. Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for store, warehouse, and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
- Ensure joining formalities are completed.
2. Performance Management
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance appraisal cycles.
- Track employee KPIs/KRAs.
- Collect appraisal forms from department heads.
- Prepare performance review reports.
- Maintain employee performance records.
- Identify top performers and underperformers.
- Support Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
- Assist in promotion and confirmation evaluations.
3. HR MIS Reporting
Prepare and maintain reports including:
- Daily Recruitment Status Report
- Vacancy Report
- Joining Report
- Offer Acceptance Report
- Monthly Hiring Report
- Employee Headcount Report
- Attrition Report
- Turnover Analysis
- Performance Scorecard
- KRA/KPI Dashboard
- Confirmation Due Report
- Probation Tracker
- Promotion Tracker
- Manpower Budget vs Actual Report
- HR Dashboard
- Recruitment TAT Report
- Source Effectiveness Report
- Interview Conversion Ratio
- Employee Productivity Report
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
