Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose suitable academic programs. The candidate will play a key role in student admissions, counselling, and conversion processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counselling & Admissions
- Provide academic and career counselling to prospective students.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
Sales & Relationship Management
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and counselling activities.
- Support promotional campaigns, seminars, and admission events.
Documentation & Reporting
- Assist students with admission procedures and documentation.
- Maintain student databases and CRM updates.
- Prepare daily and weekly counselling reports.
Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Academic Counsellor / Admission Counsellor / Education Sales Executive.
- Experience in education, training institute, or ed-tech sector preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
