Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics)
- Fresher / 1–2 years of experience in customer support, service, or CRM technical roles
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer queries and issues
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer interaction data
- Support installation, commissioning, or servicing activities
- Prepare reports on customer feedback, complaints, and service performance
- Ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to handle customer escalations professionally
- Basic knowledge of CRM software/tools
- Coordination and teamwork abilities

- Experience in handling field service or customer-facing roles
- Handling customer enquiries , RFQs, Service calls

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
