We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to manage all inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, following up with leads received through social media and other platforms, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining accurate call records to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads received through social media, website, WhatsApp, email, and other marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company products and services effectively.
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for further conversion.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
- Ensure timely follow-up with pending enquiries and maintain a high response rate.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements, quotations, and order status.
- Achieve daily call targets, follow-up targets, and lead response timelines.
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service during every interaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with good listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales Calling, or a similar role.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
