AeroHorse Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Drone Pilot & Flight Operations Specialist to manage UAV flight operations, mission planning, testing, and field deployments for advanced autonomous drone systems. The role involves operating multirotor and fixed-wing drones, conducting pre-flight inspections, executing surveillance and logistics missions, monitoring telemetry, GPS, battery health, and flight parameters, and maintaining detailed flight logs and operational records. The candidate will support R&D activities, prototype testing, customer demonstrations, and pilot projects while troubleshooting operational issues and collaborating with engineering teams to validate new technologies. The ideal applicant should have hands-on experience with UAV operations, Mission Planner, QGroundControl, PX4, and ArduPilot, along with a strong understanding of aviation safety, telemetry monitoring, emergency response, and DGCA regulations. A DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate is preferred, along with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, or a related field. Prior experience in drone operations, autonomous flight systems, or UAV testing will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
