IT Support Engineer (Hardware, Networks & Azure)
Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (US Support Hours)
Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to support end-user devices, network infrastructure, and basic Microsoft Azure administration. This is a client-facing role supporting US-based customers, making strong.
English communication skills essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Hardware: Troubleshoot and fix laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral issues.
- Networking: Set up and maintain local networks (routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
- Azure Cloud: Assist with basic tasks like user management (Entra ID/Azure AD) and monitoring.
- Communication: Provide clear, professional IT support to US clients via email, chat, and phone.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT hardware and network troubleshooting.
- A solid, fundamental understanding of Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent verbal and written English (US client-facing experience is a major plus).
- Flexibility to work in shifts aligning with US time zones.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
