Job description:Storekeeper
Company: Thekkekara’s Hot Oven Bakers,Nadathara, Thrissur
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor stock for all outlets.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock.
- Handle purchase entries in the system (Petpooja or relevant software).
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per requirement.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure proper storage and stock organization in the store.
- Conduct regular stock verification and report discrepancies.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management for replenishment.
- Support outlet operations by ensuring timely supply of materials.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Familiarity with billing/ERP software (Petpooja preferred).
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accountability.
